Yay for your Laura! Email me your ring size & addy at zkyoufit@hotmail.com and I’ll get that ordered & on it’s way to you!
Thanks to all who entered-hope it was a wonderful Valentine’s day!
Here’s my truth: The past couple months Husband has been working hard on making his body the best it can be. He’s eating super clean, working out religiously, and getting enough sleep. And, guess what? It’s starting to show. He has always been hot & I’m always attracted to him, but lately, wow! It’s that feeling of giddiness when I see him standing without his shirt on, or the desire to linger longer when I catch him lifting weights or getting ready for the day. There is just something super sexy about the person you love most taking care of themself.
I expect the same out of myself, for him. I don’t want to just let myself go, because I feel that part of a marriage-or any great relationship-is the willingness to consistently work on & improve our weaknesses. I LOVE that Z works hard to take care of himself and stay in good shape for me, and I want the same from me for him {& know that he appreciates it, too}.
I’m going to be so bold as to say I think we owe it to ourselves and our loved ones to show love by taking care of ourselves.
Sometimes, that means saying no to chocolate, dessert, or the abundance of all things sweet that surrounds us on Valentine’s day. Does that mean you can’t have something you like or you have to deprive yourself completely? NO, of course not! One of my main goals in the beginning of my journey was to get to a place where I could fully enjoy these holidays that come around once in a while & not feel guilty. However, if you are in the process of your journey & you’ve made a commitment to yourself, don’t give in. That chocolate is not worth it.
I propose {no romantic pun intended} that we focus on rewarding ourselves with things other than food. A massage, a pedicure, a nap, a new book, a walk with our best friend, a new cd, a new outfit, or a new piece of jewelry.

I found these Personalized stackable rings on Pinterest a while back and fell in love. I immediately started writing down mantras that could fit on the rings to remind me of my goals & how far I’d come. What better reward than something to have with you all the time to help you visualize what you’ve done, are doing, or what matters most to you! Today’s winner will receive a stackable ring with their own personalized message {up to 15 characters}, from CinnamonSticks’ shop. The giveaway is TODAY ONLY, so spread the word & think of what you want on your ring! Winner announced tomorrow.
How do you enter, you might be asking? Simple. Possibility of two entries:
1. Leave me a comment here telling me what you’d want written on your ring & something you love about me. {okay, just teasing about the what you love about me part, haha!}
2. Post about the giveaway on your FB or blog {come back & leave a second comment letting me know what you did}
Good luck & HAPPY LOVE DAY from me & my family!
{giveaway is provided by me. I don’t know or have any association with CinnamonSticks or their shop-just love their product!}
